Our Story
Bird on Tree is a Premium Fine Dine restaurant incorporated in the year 2013. Located in the heart of Coimbatore, nestled from the hustle and bustle of the city, we offer a unique dining experience to cherish. Our name was inspired by our noisy neighbours who meet up every evening to exchange the day's events with resounding chirps and tweets. The chirping of the birds make the evenings quite noisy but that is what adds to the charm of dining out at Bird on Tree.

Fine Dining
For those who enjoy the finer things in life, Bird on Tree brings a luxurious yet intimate ambience to the room creating the perfect setting for casual dining, celebrations, business lunches and dinners where your guests will enjoy exquisite food and great conversation. We invite you to savour a menu that is a celebration of tastes ranging from familiar to subtle to exotic put together using choice ingredients in a creative explosion of culinary expertise especially for you. Our Executive Chefs pay attention to both taste and presentation to appease your senses for the ultimate dining experience. As a team we work hard at creating unique experiences.
Relaxed Surroundings
Bird on Tree is committed to ensure that all your needs and wishes are anticipated and we strive to create an environment where they are not just met but exceeded. The relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, not to mention the quaint decor and soothing ambience create an atmosphere of luxury and indulgence that the guests can delight in. Every detail in the interiors has been thoughtfully designed to give you the feel of natural ambience and luxury. The warm and inviting atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience by ensconcing you in a warm, cosy and laidback embrace.
The "Nest"
Apart from the main dining areas of Bird On Tree, 'The Nest' is one of the most sought after seating choices of our guests because of the one of a kind decor which brings a sense of closeness to nature and the birds. It is a semi-roof top space overlooking a marvellous banyan tree. Enjoy listening to the chirping of birds, even as you indulge in some delectable food amidst the lovely green foliage.
Private Dining
The private dining and meeting facilities available are both diverse and flexible. Our highly trained staff will ensure that every aspect of your private dining event runs smoothly. With over 40 full time staff on the premises, an excellent standard of service is provided for the guests. Whether it’s a casual dinner, kitty party, business meet-up or team outing, Bird on Tree is the perfect place to have a grand time. Your business discussions can be held in our exclusive private dining rooms which are available in 6,8,10,12 and 14 pax. Moreover, the private dining halls can exclusively accommodate 30 pax.

Lovely to sit outdoor, do ask for the terrace for a splendid view of the lovely, old banyan in the Circuit House opposite! We tried the Chinese menu, with both Veg and BOT special Sizzlers, which were excellent, as were the egg noodle soup and recommended starters, Claw and Thai curry. Service was prompt, attentive and discreet! Portions are quite large! Mud Pie and Apple Pie were excellent too.

One of the best places I've been to in the recent times. Amazing clean place, good ambience and courteous staff. The food was one of the best indo Chinese I've had in the recent times.The manchow soup was perfect in thickness and taste.

It's a good place going on a lunch / dinner with family and friends. The ambience is great. You have both the indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. You also get some amazing desserts as well.

"Truly amazing food served here. Tried both veg and non-veg dishes. All of them were exceptional, best were dal makhani and butter chicken. They have a rooftop restaurant, but couldnt make it in time for that. The restaurant downstairs was cosy and comfortable. Would love to visit this place again definitely."
